Montana Equine Activity Liability Statute provides that it is the policy of the State of Montana that a person is not liable for damages sustained by another solely as a result of risks inherent in equine activities if those risks are or should be reasonably obvious, expected, or necessary to persons engaged in equine activities.
Persons boarding animals at the facility will be asked to sign a waiver of liability.
Animals brought to the facility from outside the state of Montana will be required to have a current Coggins, brand inspection and vet health certificate for each animal.
All riders using the facility will be required to wear appropriate riding apparel (specifically boots) and it is mandatory that any rider under the age of 18 will wear a helmet.
