- Stalls are well-constructed and belt lined but horses can touch noses - they are not boxed in.
- Outdoor runs are pipe construction with weather protection.
- There is flowing well water in each stall/pen so you don't have to hang buckets.
- Outdoor arena available (if it's not muddy).
- There is a caretaker on the premises to check you in and accept payment.

* NOTE!!! RATES LISTED ARE FOR CASH PAYMENT AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. *STALLIONS, DRAFT & DRAFT-CROSS... ADD $20 PER HEAD PER NIGHT. Payment in full is expected at time of check-in unless prior arrangements made. NO refunds will be made if you leave UNANNOUNCED and before the scheduled check-out date for multiple-night stays. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We accept credit cards. A 5% office processing convenience fee will be added to ALL purchases (however, this fee will be waived for purchases and horse boarding paid for by Cash, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check.) Check(s) returned by a bank for any reason are subject to a $30 minimum fee per check. This webpage policy supersedes any and all advertisements, written or implied. We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodations to anyone.
